台北市長柯文哲25日前往市議會專案報告，國民黨籍議員戴錫欽當場給他10年前質詢大巨蛋稿件，他親筆回信表示，「我讀了，實在佩服」，還留下電話號碼、Line ID，並在後面附註「只有簡訊可用，因電話很少開，但常是假日一齊看，不過都還是會，只是比較慢幾天而已」。
「25日質詢五大BOT案同時，也將10年前大巨蛋質詢供柯市長參考，沒想到隔天就收到親筆回覆」，戴錫欽今天在臉書上表示，同樣站在捍衛市民安全及興利除弊的立場，思維或作法或有不同，但為民眾把關的原則，10幾年來沒有變過。
柯文哲的親筆信中說，「我讀了，實在佩服。簡直和10年後的事完全預測一樣，厲害，厲害」。
柯文哲也說，「現已經到這個地步，只能再想想如何善後？拆或不拆都很為難，總量管制執行上很難，市民也不會買單」。
戴錫欽曾在柯文哲議會處女秀高分貝開砲，當時還引起許多網友批評，灌爆戴的臉書。
